After speaking with many chefs about the shortcomings of existing service trays, we designed a lightweight, durable tray, handcrafted from sustainably sourced Cornish hardwoods.

Finished in a commercial-grade PU lacquer, our coatings maintain their durable finish under the heat of professional service, unlike traditional hard wax oil finishes that can soften under heat lamps.
