How we work

Our process –

* You contact us to share your project, providing as many details as possible; This can be sketches, photos, and inspiration.

* We will respond with lots of questions, ideas and creative suggestions from which we can start to build a plan based on your budget.

* On site design meeting. One of our skilled team will meet you on site to do a full survey, check for any issues, and assess the access and layout for a smooth and seamless project.

* From here, we produce CAD drawings for you to approve and tweak as needed until the design exceeds expectations.

* Then begins the fun stuff. The building of your product. We usually ask our clients to join our business WhatsApp so that we can send progress pictures and quickly get back and forth answers to any questions that may arise. We can also do this via email or phone. You are always welcome to visit us on site to see the progress first hand, this is by appointment only.

The money. How we operate –

* We aim to give you a guide cost at the earliest possible stage, sometimes for easier projects, this can be during our initial consultation. For more complex projects, we may need to have several meetings and also do site surveys. Every project is different.

* Once we have produced a set of CAD drawings to scale and decided on materials, we are able to give a full precise quotation for you to approve.

How we request payments –

* If your project is scheduled to start several months away, we ask for a small holding deposit of 10%. This secures your slot in the workshop.

* 3-4 weeks before your start date, we will request a deposit of somewhere between 50% – 75% dependant on the individual project. If you have already paid a 10% holding fee, this is factored into the balance.

* For very large projects, payments can be split into 3 or 4 smaller payments throughout the manufacture process.

* Once your job is ready for installation, we will then request a further payment, usually around 10% – 15% of the remaining balance.

* The final remaining balance is then due within 7 days of satisfactory completion.
